The Bluebird Cafe is a warm and comfortable cafe & coffee shop that serves espresso as well as a great variety of healthy and tasty breakfast and lunch options. Our coffee is 100% fair trade and 100% organic coffee. We strive to make nourishing and delicious food. We make most things from scratch in our kitchen.  We are famous for our quiche and our wide variety of unique gluten free and plant-based offerings. We have also been voted the Local's Choice award winner for best coffee shop in Glenwood Springs!

Ampersand Coffee exists to provide the highest quality coffee experience to their customers by supporting women’s empowerment, environmental sustainability, and upward spirals.

By focusing on women’s empowerment, Ampersand hopes to increase investment in families, which will lead to greater education, which will lead to more stable local economies, which will lead to better environmental conditions, and ultimately better coffee quality and higher profits for these farms.
